Tattoo etiquette for everyone.

This is being written for those who frequent tattoo shops and wonder why the tattooists have an “attitude”.
Here are some tips on how to act while at the tattoo shop and a few simple rules to follow.

1. NO CHILDREN, we don’t love your kids so leave them home, we don’t want them in the shop or in the parking lot.

2. NO FOOD OR DRINKS, eat else where. Tattoo shops should smell like tattoo shops, not taco shops.

3. DRUNKS/DRUGS ARE NOT WELCOME.

4. Bring ideas on paper as best as you can, pictures help. Know what you want to wear in your skin for the rest of your miserable life.

5. If you are coming for a tattoo appointment, eat first; be clean and mentally prepared for your work. Be on time.

6. If you are sick, have a cold or a terrible hangover call and reschedule.

7. If you are having drama with a loved one stay home and take care of your business in private. (Oh, yeah, call and reschedule.)

8. Cell phones should be left in the car and cell phone photography of our flash and photos is totally stealing. Walkie Talkie conversations in the shop is totally rude and inconsiderate.

9. If you are pissed off at the world be pissed off somewhere else, we don’t need your negative energy.

10. Leave you street attitude and bullshit out-side, we don’t want your negative energy inside.

11. Be sure to bring PROOF OF YOUR AGE, you MUST be 18 years old or older.

12. Make sure you bring your money and/or credit card. Know your balance.

13. Be sure you have plenty of time to get your tattoo done, we don’t “rush tattoo” anyone. Don’t be pushy, it just makes us move slower.

14. When asking for a price we will tell you what WE charge. If you don’t like it go else where, we don’t care what you were quoted “down the street”. We will give you a fair price for a quality tattoo. Look at our portfolios, our work speaks for itself.
